Signature Hotel by Samriddhi Developers offers a replacement only if the product received is damaged or defective. Please contact us at accounts@guptaprimeresorts.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your order to request a replacement. We will provide you with a shipping address to return the product. Once we receive the returned product, a replacement will be dispatched promptly.
We do not exchange products if the customer has ordered the wrong item. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
We do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be accurate. The brightness, contrast, and resolution of your screen may cause the product's color to appear slightly different from its actual color.
